Airways is a fine art photographic print that looks upward through a tree canopy, tracing the branching pathways formed by limbs and leaves against the open sky. Photographed in Mills River, North Carolina, the image draws attention to the visual similarities between the branching structures of trees and those of the human respiratory system, reflecting patterns that recur across living systems.
Autumn color and light move through the interconnected branches, transforming the familiar canopy into a study of structure, connection, and scale. Rather than presenting the tree as a whole, the composition isolates the pathways within it, allowing the natural system itself to become the subject.

Sun Salutation is a fine art landscape photograph centered on the transformative effects of light, color, and atmosphere. Photographed in 2019 in Skyview, North Carolina, the image captures the sky saturated with deep violet, crimson, coral, and gold as sunlight moves across layers of cloud.
Rather than treating the sunset as a distant horizon, the composition gives most of the frame to the sky itself. Clouds become fields of shifting color and form, while the narrow band of light below provides a quiet point of orientation. The result leans toward abstraction, making color and illumination the primary subjects of the photograph.
