Refund policy

Thank you for supporting Ava Bock Art. Each piece is created with care, and many artworks are one-of-a-kind. Because of the nature of original art and custom print production, the following return and refund terms apply.
1. Original Artwork — Final Sale
All original artworks (drawings, paintings, sculptures, relief works, and mixed-media pieces) are final sale.
There are no cancellations and no refunds once an original has shipped.
If your order arrives damaged:

Email hello@avabock.art within 7 days

Include your order number and photos of:

The artwork from multiple angles
-
The packaging and shipping container
-
This will begin a repair assessment.
Do not return the artwork until you are instructed to do so.
If a return is required, the piece must be returned in the original packaging.
Original artworks cannot be replaced — only repaired where possible.
2. Prints — Damage Replacement Only
Fine art prints are not returnable unless damaged.
If your print arrives damaged:

Contact hello@avabock.art within 7 days

Send photos of the damage and packaging

A replacement print will be issued at no cost

If a replacement is not available, a refund or alternate solution may be provided
Prints cannot be returned for sizing issues, color calibration differences, or a change of mind.
3. Lost, Stolen, or Returned Packages
Orders that are:

lost
-
stolen
-
marked “Delivered” but not received
-
marked “Returned to Sender” due to address issues
…are not eligible for refunds or replacements unless you selected Route Package Protection at checkout and file a claim through Route.
A secure, accurate shipping address is the buyer’s responsibility.
4. Cancellation Policy
Because original artworks and prints are prepared quickly:

Original artwork orders cannot be canceled once packed or shipped.

Print orders cannot be canceled once the print partner begins production.
If you need help and your order has not yet entered production, email hello@avabock.art as soon as possible.
5. International Orders
International customers are responsible for any customs fees, VAT, import taxes, or handling charges.
Orders cannot be refunded due to customs delays or refusal to pay import fees.
6. Unauthorized Returns
Returns sent without studio approval will not be accepted or refunded.
7. Digital Products (If Offered)
Digital files and downloads are non-refundable, non-returnable, and non-transferable once delivered.
