Shipping policy

Thank you for collecting artwork from Ava Bock Art. This page explains how your order is shipped, packed, and handled. If you have any questions, please email hello@avabock.art.
1. How Original Artwork Ships
All original artworks (drawings, paintings, relief works, sculptures, and mixed-media pieces) ship directly from the studio in Oregon.

Each piece is packed by hand using archival and protective materials.

Larger or more fragile works may require extra packing time.

Tracking information will be sent once your order ships.
Because every original is unique and often fragile, we recommend selecting Route Package Protection at checkout. This optional add-on provides enhanced coverage for loss, theft, or damage during transit.
2. How Prints Ship
Prints are produced and shipped through a trusted print partner.

If you purchase both originals and prints, they will ship separately.

Print orders typically ship faster than original artworks.

Tracking details will be emailed once the print partner confirms shipment.
3. Shipping Timelines
Delivery time varies depending on your location, local carriers, and customs processes.
Typical timeframes:

U.S. orders: usually ship within 7–10 business days.

International orders: often take 2–6 weeks.
Delays due to weather, holidays, customs, or carrier operations are outside our control. If you need a shipping estimate before purchasing, email hello@avabock.art.
4. Shipping Insurance (Route Package Protection)
You may add Route Package Protection at checkout for enhanced assurance.
If Route Protection is selected:

Claims for loss, theft, or damage are handled directly through Route.

Coverage supplements any standard carrier insurance.

Resolution outcomes (refund or replacement) follow Route’s policies.
If Route is not selected:

Your package is covered only by the carrier’s default insurance, if any.

Ava Bock Art is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or marked delivered.
Because original artwork is irreplaceable, Route Protection is strongly recommended.
5. International Orders
International customers are responsible for:

customs duties
-
VAT
-
import taxes
-
handling fees
Orders cannot be refunded due to customs delays or refusal to pay import fees.
Please check your country’s restrictions before ordering artwork or resin-based pieces.
6. Lost, Stolen, or Returned Packages
Ava Bock Art cannot refund or replace packages that are:

Lost in transit after shipment

Marked “Delivered” but not received
-
Stolen
-
Marked “Returned to Sender” due to address errors or incomplete information
Please use a secure, accurate shipping address.
If you selected Route, you may file a claim for these situations directly through Route.
7. Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged:

Email hello@avabock.art within 7 days

Include your order number

Attach clear photos of:

The damaged artwork (multiple angles)

The packaging and shipping container
-
Original Artwork
-
Do not return the piece until instructed.

A repair assessment will be started.

If a return is needed, artwork must be shipped in its original packaging.

Originals cannot be replaced — only repaired to the extent possible.
Prints

In most cases, a replacement print will be shipped at no cost.

If the print is unavailable (limited edition sold out), a refund or appropriate solution will be offered.
8. Handmade Variations
All original artwork and many printed pieces include natural, handmade variations. Small material differences are part of the work and are not considered defects.
